How Your Incentive Is Calculated

Measure Performance

Your monthly results are tracked across three metrics: GA, UAO, and New Shops (NA).

Each metric is weighted and combined into a single Overall Weightage % score.

Your Overall Weightage % determines what % of your fixed slab you receive that month.

Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully — these conditions govern all incentive payouts.

Incentive payout is based on your % achievement of Overall Weightage.

Weightage categories GA–75%, UAO–20%, New Shop–5% apply to all countries. All staff can earn up to a maximum of 120% of the eligible amount.

Preloaded SIM Cards: Field staff are eligible for extra incentives on preloaded SIM tertiary sales (sold to retailer) as per face-value slabs.

Preloaded Bundle SIM sales deducted from the Retailer POS balance will not be considered. Only Bank Transfer or Cash sales are taken into account.

If a preloaded SIM is offered for free, it will not be included in the incentive calculation.

Retailers purchasing pre-loaded plans in quantities of 1,000 or more are only eligible for 50% of the given incentive scheme.

Preloaded SIM commission payout is linked to GA/UAO targets. Performance should be considered in all cases.

Zone Managers must be allocated to one zone only for payout to be calculated.

The company reserves the right to change the incentive scheme or zone for any sales rep at any time.

For Sales Rep / TL / Area Manager / Regional Manager — 90% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for incentive, unless there are pre-approved Holidays validated by Sales / Ops / HR before Finance disbursement.

Zone reallocation or changing staff zones is not permitted without management approval. Reps must manage a zone for at least one full calendar month (except new hires filling vacant zones).

Sales Head and Office Managers are responsible for achieving 80% of the PAYM target to enrol in the PAYG incentive calculation.

⚠ Mandatory Conditions

  • Must achieve 90% of the Overall Weightage to be eligible for any incentive payout.
  • Preloaded tertiary sales incentive: performance must be considered.
  • There must be growth in performance compared to the same month last year and the previous month of the current year. The business will make decisions based on each individual's performance and growth.
  • All fraudulent sales / sales returns / 90-day port-outs / clawbacks will be deducted from sales achievement.
