GARA Conditions

  • Each port-in activation must have a valid offer, completed port-in and FCA within the same month.
  • Only unique customers (unique tax code) + IMEI verification for each activation.
  • Incentives credited after 60 days, requiring continuous use and renewal (min 6 months).
  • Activations violating terms are not eligible for GARA incentive.
(1) Minimum plan value for port-in is €5.99.
(2) All port-in activations are counted towards the port-in threshold.
(3) Only specific plans are eligible for the Port-In incentive.

Incentives apply only to numbers renewed with plan values equal to or greater than €6.99.

Blocked, recycled, or fraudulent activations are not eligible for any incentive.
